Refund & Replacement Policy

Incorrect or Missing Items – If your order is incorrect or missing an item, please notify us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
Food Quality Issues – If you experience any quality issues, kindly contact us immediately with details and a photo of the item. Refunds or replacements will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellation – Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them. Once food preparation has started, cancellations are not possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

• If the food has been partially consumed or altered.
• Delayed pick-ups or deliveries due to traffic or weather conditions.
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
